1:1 coaching.
 

Recovery Coach är för dig som vill bli av med din ätstörning, restriktioner eller kompensationer. Beroende på vart du befinner dig i din läkning har jag tagit fram två alternativ:

Alternativ 1: Intensiv Coachning

för dig som behöver mycket stöd för din läkning med samtal varje vecka och stöd i mobilen

Vad som Ingår:

  • Skräddarsydd plan för din läkning.

  • 1 digital samtal VARJE vecka - via Zoom, 45 minuter

  • Tillgång till mig via whatsapp mellan samtalen, där jag svarar dagtid måndag till fredag.

  • Utmaningar anpassade efter dina behov och vart du är i din läkning just nu.

  • Obligatorisk kontakt med närstående för dig under 18 år. Rekommenderar alltid kontakt med närstående även för dig över 18 år.


Pris: 4990kr/mån

1:1 coaching is for you who want to move away from overwhelm, have more energy at the

end of the day and create habits that supports your sensitivity.

Depending on your needs there are two plans.


Plan 1: Full coachning

For you who needs a lot of support with calls and texts each week.


What's included:

  • Exercises and support adjusted to your needs and where on your journey you are now. 

  • 1 digital call EACH week via Zoom, 45 minutes.

  • Access to me via Whatsapp in between calls, where I reply daytime
    Monday – Thursday 10am-4pm CEST.

  • 3 month minimum commitment.


How I can support you:

  • Together we evaluate your current situation to identify the biggest source of overwhelm. 

  • Based on our findings we select tools that might be most helpful to bring more calm and energy
    to your life, 
    and what will potentially make the biggest difference for you.

  • Evaluation of how things are going in sessions. Between our sessions, you will work on implementing
    whatever strategies we have agreed upon.
     

Your investment: €439 per month

 

Plan 2: Half coachning

For you who needs an extra hand to hold and some peptalk. 


What's included:

  • Exercises and support adjusted to your needs and where on your journey you are now. 

  • 1 digital call EVERY OTHER week via Zoom, 45 minutes.

  • Access to me via Whatsapp in between calls, where I reply daytime
    Monday – Thursday 10am-4pm CEST.

  • 3 month minimum commitment.


How I can support you:
